Terms and Conditions
1. Product Information
All our garments are made to order, with attention to detail and respect for artisanal and sustainable processes.
The materials used are carefully selected and may show slight variations or signs of aging, which do not constitute defects but are part of the uniqueness of the garment.
All products comply with European and Italian regulations on textiles and clothing.

2. Orders, Processing Time, and Shipping
After order confirmation, we reserve up to 72 business hours to process and accept the order.
Once accepted, production of the garment takes up to 7 business days.
After production, the garment is shipped from Milan, Italy, and you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Estimated delivery times (starting from order acceptance):
Italy and Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier services. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the courier. We are not responsible for delays or losses after delivery to the courier.
For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Returns, Exchanges, and Right of Withdrawal
Made-to-Measure or Customized Products
All our garments are produced specifically according to the size selected by the customer at the time of the order. Since each ordered garment is made to measure according to the customer’s specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply, pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
However, the right to refund or replacement applies in case of defects or errors attributable to our workmanship.
Important Note: the only non-made-to-measure products on our website are those labeled as “Archive Sale”, which are already produced and available in stock. Standard return policies apply to these products.
Standard Products (Non-Customized)
For non-customized and non-made-to-measure products (e.g., Archive Sale items), the consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason and receive a full refund, including standard shipping costs.
The item must be intact, unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be made via a trackable shipping method, and the tracking number must be communicated to us.
Size Selection Recommendations
To reduce potential issues or disputes, we recommend consulting the size chart on the product page and carefully measuring yourself before placing an order.

4. Right of Withdrawal
For standard products, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
For customized or made-to-measure products, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as provided under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.
Return procedures are described in the previous section.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product or causes beyond our control, including couriers, customs, or extraordinary events.
We remain responsible in cases of gross negligence or defects attributable to our workmanship.
6. Privacy and Data Processing
Personal data provided during the purchase is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Italian law.
Data is used exclusively to manage the order, shipping, and customer service.
We will not share data with unauthorized third parties.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of the contract, the competent court is Milan, unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise.
For consumers residing in other EU countries, EU consumer protection regulations may also apply.
